In the dyeing industry, the same vat cloth often appears, and when the cuts are not in the same tube, there will be some differences in color. In many cases, the newcomers in the dyeing industry do not have a comprehensive understanding, so what is the bar difference? Barrier refers to the dyeing color difference between the fabrics of each tube in the dyeing of fabrics in the same cylinder. (Also called pipe difference) The reasons for pipe difference are as follows:
1. The difference in the amount of cloth in each tube.
In airflow dyeing, the exchange of dye liquor and fabric is completed in the nozzle system. The frequency of exchange is related to the cycle of the fabric, and the cycle of the fabric is determined by the cloth speed and cloth length. The cloth speed is controlled by the air volume and the cloth lifting roller speed. Generally speaking, the fabric speed of each tube of the same machine is basically the same. Therefore, if the fabric length of each tube is too different, there will be a large difference in the cycle cycle of each tube fabric. That is to say, in the dyeing During the time, the number of exchanges between each tube of fabric and the dye solution will be quite different, which will cause poor dyeing tubes.
2. The difference in fabric speed.
In airflow dyeing, the number of exchanges between the dye liquor and the fabric is determined by the dye liquor circulation frequency and the fabric speed. In the dyeing of the same tank, the dye liquor circulation frequency of each tube is the same. Therefore, the fabric length of each tube is basically the same. If the difference in cloth speed is too large, it will cause a big difference in the number of exchanges between the fabric and the dyeing solution and cause a pipe difference.
3. Blockage of the dye nozzle.
Severe clogging of the dyeing solution nozzle will cause the dyeing to be unable to continue, which is completely unacceptable: a slight clogging, although it does not affect the continued dyeing, may cause poor dyeing tubes.
Because, under normal circumstances, the caliber and spray volume of each nozzle are basically the same, but if there is a blockage, the spray volume may be different, and the difference in the spray volume of each nozzle will cause a difference in the dyeing tube. 
The cause of the blockage is that the thread or too much long hair and other debris enter the nozzle and cannot be washed away by the dye solution.
4. Leakage of air flow nozzle.
In the nozzle system, the airflow nozzle is installed on the nozzle seat. After installation, there should be a good seal between the fabric inlet side of the airflow nozzle and the gas-liquid two-phase mixing chamber.
If the seal is not tight, one will affect the atomization effect of the dye solution;
The second is that the dye liquor will leak to the inlet side of the airflow nozzle. If the leakage is serious, it means that the amount of dye liquor that participates in the exchange with the fabric in the nozzle system is reduced. This leakage of the airflow nozzles in each tube causes the exchange with the fabric. When the difference in the amount of dye solution is large, a pipe difference will occur.
